- Graduated from the New School University in 2000 with a bachelor of fine arts.
- Studied with the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America and the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI)
- Worked at the prestigious Equinox Fitness Clubs
- Trained under Jim and Phil Wharton as an Active Isolation (AI Cert.) Flexibility Technician.
- Developed training programs incorporating martial arts, boxing and kickboxing long before it became in industry tools.
Nutrition Experience:
- Over 10 years in the culinary field as a souse chef, line cook, personal chef, and banquet chef.
